Team Orientation

Introducing each team member to the Oxyfresh dental care line is essential in establishing uniformity in communication of these products to your patients and creating a supported foundation for ideal patient instruction and care. Each team member can be an integral part in the success of this program. Make your practice a safe environment for team members and patients to ask questions and gain clarification. This program is designed to make your practice more fun and rewarding for everyone.

When you receive your Oxyfresh products:

  1. Dispense a complete Dental Kit to each team member to take home and begin using immediately
  2. Schedule an office product orientation within one week
*It is recommended to have your Oxyfresh consultant available in person or over the phone to participate and/or facilitate this meeting.
  3. Ask each team member to contribute their personal experience of the products and share ideas for applications and patients who can benefit
  4. Review this training manual in depth
  5. Set pricing (individually and/or included in treatment cases)
*Your Oxyfresh consultant can assist you in creating a price list that works for your practice.
  6. Set Oxyfresh product codes in the computer for entering product dispensed and running reports – record keeping is organized
  7. Navigate through the OxyDental.com website and encourage your team to participate in the support and professional community online
  8. Identify a point person who will be in charge of ordering, inventory and record keeping
  9. Identify one or two team members who will be responsible for educating the referring dentist/specialist your office is affiliated with about the Oxyfresh products and program you recommend for mutual patients – this avoids any confusion and inconsistency in patient care recommendations
  10. Establish a routine for engaging in communication during morning huddle by identifying patients on the schedule who can benefit from specific Oxyfresh products based on their treatment and/or history
