Preferred Wholesale Customer Enrollment
This is a FREE enrollment option and is ideal for those of you who are only interested in purchasing Oxyfresh products at wholesale price and offering them to your patients. This option does not include any support materials and you are not eligible to participate in the Colleague Referral Program or receive referral income in the form of commissions. You are also not eligible to purchase Oxyfresh products at the Active Price. However, you may upgrade to a Basic Enrollment at any time to take advantage of these incentives.
There is a required $120 minimum order at time of initial enrollment with this option.
Basic Enrollment - $35.00
This enrollment option is ideal for those of you who are interested in purchasing Oxyfresh products at wholesale price and offering them to your patients. With this option,
you automatically become eligible to participate in all the added benefits Oxyfresh offers. This option gives you the benefit of purchasing at Active Price (lowest possible price –
maximizing your profit potential) and participating in the Colleague Referral Program if you choose (receiving referral income in the form of commissions when eligible).
There is no required minimum order at any time. Additionally, this enrollment loads you up with powerful support materials, product brochures, catalog, media CD and much more!
Fast Pack Enrollment - $250.00 + $35 Enrollment Fee
This is a fast and convenient way to get started with a wide variety of Oxyfresh product options available — at an incredible value! You’ll receive everything included in the Basic Enrollment Package, as well as the Dental ProPack containing nearly $350 worth of products and support materials. This is a great way to jump-start the introduction of Oxyfresh into your practice.
Fast Pack Enrollment - $500.00 + $35 Enrollment Fee
This is a great way for those of you who not only want an introduction to the Oxyfresh dental products, but for those of you who are serious about taking your practice to the next level. This option is perfect for the larger practice with expanded or specialized services, or for those of you who wish to tailor your product options to specific patients’ needs. You’ll receive everything included in the Basic Enrollment Package as well as the Dental ProPack and an additional $250 worth of product you customize. This option gives you the most value and greater return on investment by additionally offering you $50 credit for products.
